Accountabilities:
Overview
1. Handle, track and resolve customer complaints originated from customer care departments (Call Centre and Communication Centres).
2. Escalate network outages and service interruptions to management and customer care according to predefined criteria and KPIs.
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication engineering or equivalent experience in Datacenter & Billing service.
or
- Diploma degree in telecommunication engineering or equivalent experience in Datacenter & Billing service.
or
- Senior high school in Informatic engineering (AREK MOKLET) experience in Datacenter & Billing service.
Experience & Skills:
Experience in UNIX and Windows.
Experience in oracle database
Good knowledge of IP networking.
Have high level of precision
Diagnostic and technical skills
Team oriented
Communications skills
Customer focused
